Spice Lady

Tami McDuffie learned at 11 years old how to cook in her grandmother's kitchen. Growing up, Tami's passion was to own a restaurant that dream came true in 2018. "When we opened Uncle Mack's restaurant. I didn't want our food to taste like anyone else's.....so I started mixing and blending seasonings and sauces, about a year before we opened and actually hosted a tasting at my house to get feedback on what worked and what didn't work" says Tami.

Now formerly known as Uncle Mack's, The Spice Lady, is famous for it's seasonings and sauces and because they are homemade and each batch is made with love and care....I take my time so that the first batch taste like the last.
